Product bring up and supporting high volume manufacturing of NAND and SSD. Support for NAND and SSD failure analysis, yield improvement and data analysis. Perform detailed electrical and physical failure analysis and work with other departments to resolve component and system related issues. Troubleshooting failure from customer return and provide solutions to fix the problems. Work closely with global Product Eng teams to develop test flow, validation plan, qualification of multiple customers and drive cross functional taskforce for qualification gating issue resolution. Mentor new Product engineers Bachelor or Master's degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer engineering. Relevant experience in NAND or SSD industry will be an advantage. Relevant experience with computer hardware, knowledge of storage interface such as PCIe, SATA, SAS will be an advantage. Minimum 5 years working experience related to SSD/NAND/Product Development or relevant field of Engineering. Good understanding of SSD device operation, interfaces, product development Excellent Problem solving and Analytical skills. Effective communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated and enthusiastic, Strong leadership character.
