We are looking for a seasoned engineering leader with 10-12+ years of experience in design engineering, preferably within the solar or renewable energy industry. This role requires strong expertise in electrical and structural design, along with proven experience in leading teams and scaling design functions. Driving high-quality electrical and structural design outputs for solar projects
Overseeing design validation for residential and C&I installations
Building and mentoring a high-performing design engineering team
Defining KPIs and improving team performance, quality, and turnaround time
Collaborating with sales, operations, and project teams for seamless execution
Standardizing SOPs and enhancing design processes for scalability
Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and regulations
Driving continuous improvement in design efficiency and cost optimization

Requirements: * 10-12+ years of experience in design engineering

Experience in solar or renewable energy industry preferred
Strong expertise in electrical and structural design
Experience handling C&I and large-scale residential projects
Proven team management and leadership experience
Strong understanding of design tools, standards, and compliance frameworks
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil); Master's preferred
