Armada infotech offers specialized and focused solutions in the areas of Business Intelligence, Collaboration, Portals and Performance Management.The RoleSoftware Sales Executive:A software sales executive is in charge of selling a company's products and services and building customer relationships. As a software sales executive, your job duties include field sales, maintaining documents detailing sales, quotes, and more.Roles And Responsibilities:
  • Candidates should be comfortable in field work.
  • Responsible for selling office solutions to current and new customers
  • Provide service and customer support during field visits
  • Install our POS software in their System / Device
  • Give training about our product to our client
  • Build positive relationships with customers
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Communicate with clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they have solved technical issues.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
Ideal ProfileSkills Required:
  • Software Installation and Training.
  • Excellent problem-solving, Communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic knowledge of networking principles and operating systems.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • The ability and desire to sell.
  • Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
  • Hardware and Network Configuration.
Qualification:
  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, marketing or related discipline.
  • Vehicle: 2-wheeler, Driving license.
  • Languages: Must be well versed with local language. Additional languages are added advantage.
  • Immediate Joiners or joining within 15 days of selection.
  • Relocation is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months is required in Field Software Sales.
