- Candidates should be comfortable in field work.
- Responsible for selling office solutions to current and new customers
- Provide service and customer support during field visits
- Install our POS software in their System / Device
- Give training about our product to our client
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
- Communicate with clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they have solved technical issues.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
- Software Installation and Training.
- Excellent problem-solving, Communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic knowledge of networking principles and operating systems.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- The ability and desire to sell.
- Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
- Hardware and Network Configuration.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, marketing or related discipline.
- Vehicle: 2-wheeler, Driving license.
- Languages: Must be well versed with local language. Additional languages are added advantage.
- Immediate Joiners or joining within 15 days of selection.
- Relocation is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months is required in Field Software Sales.
