Designation: Lead Engagement ManagerLocation: Lower ParelWorking Days:

5 days working
Saturday is a mandatory working day
Sunday will be a weekly off
One additional off can be availed between Monday to Friday
If no weekday off is taken, a compensatory off will be provided

Timing: 10 AM to 7 PMJD:

Outbound calling to interested leads shared by the marketing team
Guiding prospects through the registration and follow-up process for the events
Candidate will be responsible for handling a team

Maintain & Update Records: Accurately record candidate responses and call outcomes in CRM system. * Achieve Targets: Qualify, score, and nurture leads to assess their readiness for engagement. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and attendance targets for events assigned.Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback on the contacted leads to the marketing team for improved targeting. Collaborate with Student Advising Team to optimize calling strategies, and refine scripts. The responsibilities are inclusive but not limited to parameters as stated. Additional responsibilities can be assigned or current duties can be altered to match the business requirements.
