Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in Surat, Gujarat, with flexibility for remote work. As a Sales and Service Engineer at Watchem Specialities, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, maintenance and repair, and effective communication with customers. You will work closely with our clients to provide technical assistance, address their needs, and ensure the smooth operation of our products. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and contribute to the improvement of our products and services. Qualifications Troubleshooting, Field Service, Technical Support, and Maintenance & Repair skills Effective communication skills to interact with customers Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Knowledge of water and waste water management systems specially in Boiler, Cooling tower, ETP and STP. Familiarity with relevant software and tools Experience in customer support or sales roles Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
