- Primary skills: Design, develop, and implement robust test automation frameworks from scratch
- Secondary skills: Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Pilot Projects to evaluate tools and automation strategies

- Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc
- Experience: 8-14 yrs
- 8 to 14 years of overall testing experience, with strong focus on test automation.
- Proven expertise in at least two test automation tools from: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestComplete.
- Demonstrated experience in building automation frameworks from scratch.
- Experience in leading PoCs or pilot projects to evaluate new tools and frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and solution design skills for QA-related challenges.
- Effective communication skills with ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven contribution to a Testing Centre of Excellence (TCoE) or similar strategic QA initiative.
- Design, develop, and implement robust test automation frameworks from scratch.
- Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Pilot Projects to evaluate tools and automation strategies.
- Provide end-to-end test automation solutions for functional and non-functional testing needs.
- Mentor and guide QA teams in best practices and standards for automation.
- Troubleshoot complex automation issues and drive resolution in collaboration with development and QA teams.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate test automation tools and frameworks.
- Participate in or lead efforts related to the Testing Centre of Excellence (TCoE).
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define automation goals, scope, and KPIs.
- Ensure integration of test automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
