This full-time position requires an enthusiastic individual who can effectively manage our CRM systems to enhance our real estate operations. The successful candidate will employ strategic thinking and hands-on expertise to optimize CRM tools for customer engagement and lead management.Qualifications and Skills
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce for real estate-related funnel building and management (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM to effectively manage customer relationships and automate marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM for tracking leads, managing pipelines, and ensuring efficient sales processes.
  • Experience with Propertybase for real estate-specific CRM tasks, including property listings and client interactions.
  • Ability to manage leads effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining data integrity within CRM systems.
  • Competence in managing property listings, updating client and property data for accuracy and accessibility.
  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret CRM data and provide insights for improving sales and customer service strategies.
  • Skillful in funnel building for real estate (Mandatory skill), ensuring seamless client journeys from lead generation to closure.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and security.
  • Develop and implement real estate sales funnels to optimize lead conversion and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with CRM strategies and objectives.
  • Regularly update and manage property listings, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Analyze CRM data and generate reports to offer insights and recommendations for sales process improvements.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on effective CRM usage and best practices.
  • Identify and troubleshoot any CRM-related issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to sales operations.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to integrate new tools and technologies that enhance CRM functionalities.
