- Ability to manage leads effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining data integrity within CRM systems.
- Competence in managing property listings, updating client and property data for accuracy and accessibility.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret CRM data and provide insights for improving sales and customer service strategies.
- Skillful in funnel building for real estate (Mandatory skill), ensuring seamless client journeys from lead generation to closure.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Develop and implement real estate sales funnels to optimize lead conversion and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with CRM strategies and objectives.
- Regularly update and manage property listings, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
- Analyze CRM data and generate reports to offer insights and recommendations for sales process improvements.
