Essential Skills: ? Take ownership of day-to-day support issues, triage and resolve technical and functional problems quickly.? Design and implement a long-term roadmap for system stability, scalability, and performance optimization.? Collaborate with business stakeholders to model and implement scalable, efficient business processes within D365 CE.? Lead solution architecture and translate ambiguous business requirements into clear, actionable system solutions.? Provide deep expertise in CRM, Marketing, and Quoting functions, ensuring alignment with business goals.? Design and implement customer journeys, lead management, campaign automation, and segmentation strategies in D365 Marketing.
Desirable Skills: ? Model and optimize quoting processes including product configuration, pricing, and approvals.? Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues, working closely with developers and infrastructure teams.? Collaborate with developers to design and deliver customizations, extensions, and integrations.? Act as the primary liaison with Microsoft and other vendors to resolve platform-specific issues and escalate critical incidents.? Create clear documentation and provide training to internal teams to support adoption and knowledge transfer.
