Job Description:1) Oversee the management of SSC IT infra, including hardware, software, and SSC-related servers, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.2) Identify, diagnose, and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions to business operations.3) Handle SharePoint administration, manage disaster recovery (DR) and backup processes, and conduct regular DR drills to ensure data integrity and availability.4) Communicate and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders, including vendors, and the operations team, to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly.5) Work on all compliance requirements, including ISO 27001 audits and other relevant audits, to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.6) Hands-on experience with SQL and CMD language (batch scripting). Knowledge of SSRS and SSRS Report Subscription is an added advantage.
