• Time Adherence to Audit Calendar and Timely Accounts closure ( P&L and BS).
• Monthly sale closure
• Ensure adequate provisioning and Ensure timely completion & error-free audit.Clear TB , Accounts closure on 4th and Audit closure as per calendar

• SLA adherence and BOI improvement and Operational Efficiency.
• Daily Hurdle meeting, VIM query monitoring, Meeting the TAT , BOI

• Preventive work with Business Operations
• Action Tracker and timely reply and closure of open pointsZero issues in IFC

• Reviewing the MIS reports.
• Automation & process improvement and Timely TDS reconciliation.
• Timely report Sales Recon/GL recon/CRM report/ OTC/Store master - 1st working day of the month
• POT report - 10th of the monthDMS/VIM query report
• Monthly twice NSV Report to be shared when request received

• SOPs and statutory compliances ( TDS , TCS, GST)
• Business Process and SOP

• 3 Team members : 1 CA and 2 non qualified
• To manage Ecom and retail accounting entries, to manage customer data and for query management
• Guide and develop team members through regular feedback, review as well as specific learning programs.
