- Complete end-to-end contracts entries for New & Renewal business, Professional Services and Partner agreements (SOWs, Amendments, Change orders, Terminations, etc).
- Take ownership of process flows, identify gaps, determine best practices and suggest improvements to process flows.
- Entering Commission information from contracts into Salesforce.
- Complete the Close Win process in Salesforce to ensure accurate downstream processes.
- Identifying and reporting client contracts that have Special Termination Rights or Contingent language.
- Facilitate processing of Client Terminations.
- Accountable for ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Provide Operations Support in Salesforce to the Professional Services Organization
- Maintain accurate records of partner agreements, amendments, and renewal.
- Develop reporting and analytics in support of partner team
- Provide support to the Revenue organization as a business partner with IT for Salesforce.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards in SFDC
- Enter tickets and manage the progress to completion for Salesforce updates/changes for Revenue Operations.
- Minimum 8+ years' experience in Sales Operation/Contracts Management/Order management/Professional Services Operations in a Software or SaaS company, or equivalent related work experience.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com (SFDC) and MS Office is a Must. A deeper understanding of Salesforce Setup, validations and trigger workflows is desired.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle flows, clauses, terms, and legal implications.
- Experience with Close Win process and commission data entry.
- Experience working with ServiceNow SPM or other PMO preferred
- Critical thinking and attention to detail in identifying gaps and inconsistencies.
- Experience in supporting Partner teams.
- Experience in supporting Professional Services teams.
- Quick learner with strong execution and follow-through mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills to successfully work in cross functional teams.
