- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, site, CRM, finance, and support roles
- Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and employee induction
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HRMIS data
- Coordinate payroll inputs, incentives, commissions, and reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.)
- Handle employee grievances, discipline, and exit formalities
- Support performance management, PIP tracking, and appraisal processes
- Assist in training & development and employee engagement activities
- Manage office administration, facilities, and vendor coordination
- Handle procurement of office supplies, stationery, and site requirements
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff
- Manage lease agreements, utilities, insurance, and AMC renewals
- Maintain records for statutory licenses and registrations
- Support management with MIS reports, documentation, and compliance records
- Ensure discipline and professional environment across offices and sites
- Strong understanding of HR operations & admin functions
- Knowledge of real estate sales structures & incentive models
- Working knowledge of HRMS / Payroll software
- Good command over MS Excel, Word & email communication
- Excellent coordination, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and site-level HR issues
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred
