Business Development Manager

• Build a robust pipeline of customers in target markets - i.e. - Automotive (ICE and EV) Segment
• Generating leads and networking at trade shows/conferences
• Developing and nurturing relationships with key customers
• Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of competitors
• Assessing client needs and the company's ability to meet those needs
• Following up with new leads and referrals generated from the marketing team
• Using Zoho CRM to manage interactions
• Coordinating with regional sales managers to ensure customer success
