This role offers hands-on exposure to sales outreach, CRM tools, partnerships, and real customer conversations.Key Responsibilities- Assist in reaching out to incoming leads and prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and social platforms- Understand customer needs and suggest relevant products or plans- Update and manage lead data, sales pipelines, and CRM tools (Zoho)- Participate in client follow-ups, feedback collection, and relationship nurturing- Conduct market research to identify business growth opportunities or target segments- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth execution of sales processes- Help create sales reports, customer summaries, and proposals as guided by the managerQualifications & RequirementsEducational Qualification:Students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Tech, or related fields Skills & Competencies : - Strong interest in sales, business development, and startups- Good communication skills (English and Hindi preferred)- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, CRM tools (Zoho CRM is a plus)- Self-driven, outgoing, and comfortable with customer interaction- Organized and proactive with strong follow-up disciplineWhat You'll Gain- Real-time experience in customer acquisition and business expansion- Exposure to CRM tools, sales funnels, and startup processes- Opportunity to work closely with the core team- Potential for full-time placement based on performance- Be a part of a mission-led brand making an impact on health and sustainability (ref:updazz.com)
