Program Manager DRE

• Lead planning, implementation, and monitoring of green entrepreneurship initiatives
• Use program management tools to track progress, identify risks, and ensure milestones are met.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, local entrepreneurs, government departments, and private sector players.
• Facilitate convergence and collaboration across ecosystem actors.

• Identify opportunities in green livelihoods and renewable energy-based enterprises.
• Support entrepreneurs in product-market fit, enterprise formalization, access to finance, and capacity building.

• Design and manage MIS to track intervention outcomes (e.g., green jobs created, carbon reduction potential).
• Document learnings and produce dashboards, reports, and knowledge products.

• Guide partner organizations in branding, digital outreach, and awareness generation.
• Support entrepreneurs in accessing markets (including e-commerce, B2B, and local demand aggregation).

• Draft, negotiate, and operationalize MoUs with implementation partners.
• Ensure alignment on deliverables, compliance, and reporting.

• Organize regular review meetings with stakeholders to assess progress, challenges, and course correction needs.
• Feed insights into organizations broader learning and strategy processes.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Economics, or related fields.
• Postgraduate degree in Public Policy, Development Management, or Project Management is desirable.

• At least 12 years of overall professional experience, including 5+ years in green entrepreneurship, DRE, MSME development, or livelihood programs.
• Proven experience in leading multi-stakeholder programs with measurable impact.
• Prior exposure to clean energy, financial inclusion, microenterprise promotion, or ecosystem building preferred.
• Familiarity with rural markets, cluster-based interventions, and women-led enterprises is an advantage.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to drive local teams, influence diverse stakeholders, and build alliances across sectors.
• Project & Data Management: Strong planning and execution skills, with comfort in handling data, MIS tools, and reporting systems.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and focus on scalable solutions.
• Climate Acumen: Understanding of climate-linked livelihoods, DRE business models, and environmental sustainability.
• Willingness to Travel: Frequent travel within Nagpur and nearby districts as required.
