Together, we enable our customers to produce the materials needed for a better future.DepartmentYou will be part of Global PerformanceIQ Hub in an exciting journey with data and working very closely with a pool of mining customers, FLS product specialists, SMEs, digital solution development and product life cycle support groups.Your responsibilitiesMonitoring of Connected Assets in the IoT platform which includes edge as well as cloud components.Ensuring continuous data flow and high data availability from each of the connected sites across the globe.Monitor and ensure availability of Digital Solutions/applications build over the connected asset data and deployed to customers.Ensure timely response to Tickets / Incidents with highest quality and proper resolution in a short time.Should be able to analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot any issues (edge, cloud) which impact data or application availability.Notification to relevant stakeholders in case of critical or major incidents including cyber security related events.Analyze the events and logs generated from the platform/Digital Solutions like Condition Monitoring Systems.Creating status reports and logs on the data availability and major incidents.Get closer to customer, reduce turnaround time, and improve the monitoring efficiency.Maintain Network / remote monitoring applications for digital solutions and infrastructure.Willingness to work across different time zones and provide response to customer as per agreed SLA.What you bringWorking knowledge in any one of the data analytical/visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, SeeQ, ThoughtSpot, etc.,Knowledge in Python, Azure IoT Components, Linux (preferably UBUNTU) and SQL.Knowledge about edge solutions incl. OT networking with industry know-how.Prior working experience in any ticket/incident management toolAdded advantage to have hands on experience in Industrial protocols like MODBUS, OPC UA/DA, etc., and knowledge with OT network / Industrial Plant or Process Control Systems.Added advantage to have exposure to industrial applications like MES, Plant historian, MIS, SCADA systems, etc.,Added advantage to have prior Industry/process knowledge of Mining.Excellent communication and analytical skills.Education QualificationBachelor/Master’s Engineering degree specialized in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Computer Science, IT, or Mechatronics.Experience3 - 6 years of experience.
