Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist at Millenium Marbles in Bengaluru. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, communication, customer support, and sales. The role will involve making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, and handling customer inquiries and issues. Qualifications Lead Generation, Customer Service, and Sales skills Excellent communication and customer support skills Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Strong phone etiquette and persuasive skills Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus Knowledge of the natural stone industry is a plus Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
