- Coordinate with design, video, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of assets
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all content
- Stay updated with trends in digital advertising, content formats, and platform best practices
- Strong copywriting and scripting skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive content
- Deep understanding of ad creative fundamentals such as hooks, storytelling, and call-to-actions
- Hands-on experience with design tools (e.g., Canva) and ability to create polished visuals independently
- Basic video editing skills and comfort handling content production tasks when required
- Familiarity with paid marketing platforms and understanding of how creatives impact performance
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven creative decisions
- Strong coordination skills to work effectively with external agencies and internal teams
- Confidence in handling on-ground shoots and collaborating with creative vendors
- Proactive, execution-focused mindset with a high level of ownership
