Desired Skills and Experience: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must Having a passion for Sales and customer service is a must Knowledge of Online booking of flights, hotels, etc. (preferred but not a constraint) Good knowledge of major international travel destinations is preferred but not a constraint Must know world geography & airport preferred but not a constraint Candidates from the travel / Airlines industry will be preferred Responsibilities: Handling travellers queries and taking travel requirements Understand customer requirements and offer packages accordingly Coordinating with the operations team Handling operations/sales for outbound tour inquiries (Understanding of UK/US destination is preferred) Create bookings/reservations for customers, Prepare itineraries, tour costing, customization of international/outbound tour packages Providing excellent customer service experiences - Taking care of any customer escalation post booking and helping with appropriate resolution Responsible for ensuring that the tour is operated smoothly Having experience working in the META process Experience: 6 months+ Best in industry salary and Incentives.
