Further information is available at www.matrixpartners.in. About the Opportunity: As a Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront, driving brand development and shaping our digital presence. Your diverse responsibilities will span content creation, PR initiatives, community engagement, website management, and various other impactful projects to strengthen our brand. Responsibilities: Brand Development: Provide support in developing the brand proposition and maintaining visual guidelines for consistency across all marketing channels and communications. Collaborate with design teams to ensure brand integrity in visual content. Website Management: Contribute to the development and optimization of the firm's website, helping it serve as a dynamic hub for valuable insights. Support the implementation of strategies to enhance user experience, drive traffic, and maintain the website's relevance. Content Creation and Social Media: Support the management of high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content creation in collaboration with our in-house editor and production houses. Assist in executing social media efforts on LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram, collaborating with external agencies for additional support. Offline Community Engagement: Contribute to community-building initiatives offline to foster engagement and strengthen brand presence. PR and Event Marketing: Provide support in leading PR efforts with the media, ensuring positive coverage and effective communication of the firm's achievements. Assist in planning and executing event marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collaborate in utilizing data and analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing initiatives. Contribute to providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team, aiding in data-driven recommendations for improvement. Stakeholder Collaboration: Assist in collaborating with internal teams, external agencies, and key stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Qualifications: Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4-5 years of hands-on experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related role, demonstrating a track record of successful campaigns and strategies. Strong understanding of venture capital, startup ecosystems, and industry trends. Must-Have: Proven B2B marketing experience, showcasing the ability to navigate and excel in business-to-business marketing environments. Key Skills: Excellent communication and storytelling skills. In-depth understanding of social media platforms and content optimization. Proficiency in SEO and website management.
