- Manage and grow strategic accounts within CDMO, CRO, Biopharma, and emerging biotech segments
- Own and drive customer engagement across Hyderabad and other key regions
- Identify new opportunities within academic institutes and industry accounts
- Work with distributors for coverage in academia, while focusing directly on commercial customers
- Deliver and exceed quarterly sales targets in a high-growth
- Act as a SynBio ambassador - educate, influence, and close with confidence
- Strong customer-facing experience with CDMOs, CROs, or Biopharma
- Background in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related field
- Experience selling SynBio tools, gene synthesis, or related solutions
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and ability to drive funnel-based sales
- Self-starter mindset - must be comfortable working independently and regionally
