- Detail understanding of production equipment’s and SPM’s
- Knowledge of meter related testing as per IS/IEC.
- Understanding of Electronics Hardware testing & trouble-shooting based on Micro-controller & Analog and Digital Signal.
- MTTR/MTBF/OEE, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Predictive maintenance & TPM
- Spare Management
- Knowledge of PLC trouble shooting (SPM Machine), Sensor, Solenoid, Relay, SSR, Thermocouple, RTD
- Knowledge of Electrical wiring, Electrical Drawing, Pneumatic –solenoid, Cylinder, Relay and sensor.
- Knowledge of trouble-shooting, debugging and CPK data analysis, data and statistical.
- Software hands-on with Auto cad, Altium, & correl draw.
- Understanding of industrial 4.0 and its use, IOT and SCADA.
- Statistics and analytical skills
- Ensures that production equipments are performing effectively and efficiently
- Review deficiencies noted during corrective maintenance
- Establishes and monitors programs for critical equipment analysis and condition monitoring techniques
- Responsible for maintaining and controlling equipment MIS.
- Develops standards for major maintenance overhauls and outages
- Serves as the focal point for monitoring performance indicators for maintenance management.
- Responsible for analyzing equipments, operating data and publish MIS.
- Monitor and control the calibration management of measurement equipment
- Team development and skill enhancement.
- Define/Develop new products manufacturing process and improve existing
- Manufacturing processes to meet increasing production targets.
- To facilitate production from product integration to packing stage for all the tools, testing equipment’s, jigs & fixtures
- Vendor Co-ordination for development of Test equipment and various tools to be used in manufacturing.
- Execute preventive maintenance of all the equipment by ensuring proper maintenance plans & reviewing & improving maintenance checklists from time to time wherever required so as to ensure the high standards of the equipment
- Responsible for reduction of Process scrap generation, Optimization of line process, and Line balancing.
- Responsible for Pilot run/introduction of new products with complete work content, line layouts, planning & procurement of jigs/fixtures & tools.
- Maintaining all the records to comply with ISO requirements as per department objectives.
- Establish & up-grade Quality Management System Processes, procedures & documentation for ISO9001:2000, ISO14001.
- Deploying work instruction & Operating Instruction for equipment on the shop floor.
- Responsible for improving equipments up time, MTBF & OEE.
- To maintain equipment’s breakdown record & analysis of equipment breakdowns by taking actions so as to eliminate the possible causes of repetitive failures & carry out FMEAs on equipments to ensure equipment uptime as per objectives
- Assists in manufacturing processes improvements, defects analysis with Shainin DOEs, 7QC tools and why-why analysis in existing products.
- Data Analysis of various testing results by continuous monitoring of First Time yields & carrying out analysis to improve the FTYs and reduce the IFR.
- The role is responsible for process analysis, standardization of processes, implementation, and improvements
- To ensure conformance of products as per Quality standards.
- To ensure optimum availability of spares for equipments with spare parts management
