Responsibilities: Analyse RFQs (Request for Quotation) from Customer. Prepare costing using standard process and tools based on inputs such as specification documents, P&IDs, layout drawings, IO Summary if available, BOQ, etc Prepare offer documentation consistent with data provided by sales team. To help deliver a winning bid, with a clear scope with accurate technical and commercial commitments in a timely manner and within the defined tender budget that will result in a clearly defined and profitable contract. Prepare System Architectures, technical submittals, compliances / deviation lists Ensure the specifications of proposals meets with the customers requirements and needs. Maintain tools to track status and completion daily, and update sales team on daily/weekly basis on progress and any obstacles/delays. To assist Sales team during technical and commercial clarification pertaining proposal with clients. Participate in weekly reviews. Provide Benchmark data from similar bids. Technical Skills and Abilities Required: Proficient on PLC, field instruments, electrical control/MCC panels and SCADA/BMS Software concepts. Proficient at evaluating specification documents, P&IDs, layout drawings, IO Summary, etc Proven expertise OR ability to learn and excel very fast with new BMS/EMS platforms. Excellent skills on Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Power-point).
