What you'll do As a Delivery & Onboarding Executive, you will be a Business customer liaison, ensuring services meet customer's needs, order is placed efficiently and accurately, address any queries and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts across Fixed (and Mobile TBC) might face. In summary we are here to ensure that our customers are set up for success from the time they place an order with us until their service is delivered. This requires proactively engaging and communicating with our Customers across all segments at various touchpoints along their journey. Key accountabilities: Deliver personalised support and a top class experience to Vodafone's Business customers during the Delivery process. Ensure that a customer's order requirements matches their expectations. Set accurate and detailed expectations on service installation and support provided. Make any order amendments if required. Keep the customer informed of the status of their delivery at all stages during the journey. Complete the onboarding journey from a customer and a Delivery perspective Core competencies, knowledge and experience Proven customer engagement experience or experience as a customer Service Representative. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with ordering systems and processes. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters and requests. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively. Must have technical / professional qualifications: Proven experience in a customer facing role. Excellent communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of delivery systems and processes. Strong customer service skills.
