• Participate on SAP Integration (PI, PI, CPI and IS) Teams.
• Ensure SLAs and customer satisfaction are met on SAP incident management.
• Deliver SAP integration projects & enhancements on time and with quality.
• Lead project transition activities (Regression testing, Knowledge Transfer?) ensuring standards and seamless support of production system.
• Work closely with Basis, ABAP and SAP BSA / Functional teams.
• Manage and report SLAs and key performance metrics.
• Implement service management and change management best practices.

• Bachelor?s Degree in Information Technology or related area.
• Must have 6+ years of experience.
• Should be an Architect level resource. Must have experience in preparing and executing roadmaps for PI / PO and CPI consolidation and migration to Integration Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of PI / PO / CPI and IS architecture and adapter framework.
• Experience in managing system landscape directory for PI.
• Should have implemented collaborative processes using FILE, IDOC, IDOC_AAE, RFC, MAIL, JDBC, REST, SOAP, SOAP-Axis, HTTP and HTTP_AAE adapters as well as utilizing PROXY and Value Mapping Replication technologies.
• Must have experience in API based integration
• Experience in monitoring and supporting integration scenarios, and ability to fix errors quickly and effectively.
• Created custom iflows in CPI using adapters like JDBC, SOAP, Mail, IDOC, ProcessDirect, SFTP and FTP.
• Setting up Cloud Connector for connectivity.
• Must have strong Java skills and have worked with advanced UDFs in message mapping.
• Experience in the configuration of B2B integration interfaces such as AS2, EDI (ANSIX12, EDIFACT etc?)
• Experience in configuring alerts, RFC lookups, BAPIs and BPMs preferred.
• SAP ABAP developer skills will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP R/3 and ALE configuration.
• Good leadership skills with demonstrated background and proven SAP management experience.
• Knowledge of one or more SAP modules of FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM, PM, QM or HCM is a plus.
• Know-how of SAP project management and change management best practices and tools.
• Fluent in English.
• Limited travel (under 10%) may be required.
