- Administering and maintaining Salesforce systems, including creating and customizing objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows to meet specific business needs.
- Setting up new user accounts, managing user licenses, profiles, and permissions, and providing user access to the appropriate data.
- Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by performing data imports, cleanup, and deduplication.
- Experience with SQL and Database queries.
- Creating Test scenarios and Collecting Test Data.
- Knowledge of Jira, Smartsheet & MS Excel.
- Creating, maintaining, and customizing reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide actionable insights and track business goals.
- Identifying end-to-end scenarios and test scripting.
- Providing ongoing support to users, troubleshooting technical issues
- Managing integrations with other third-party software in Salesforce (Nice to have)
- Documenting processes, changes to the system, and user guides for ongoing reference while working in Sales and Service Cloud.
- Actively participated in Functional and Technical team discussions between Business teams, Analysts, developers and QA Team
- Adapt the Salesforce platform's out-of-the-box functionality to fit an organization's unique requirement (Nice to have)
- Analyzing Test Results and Reporting Defects to the Developers.
- Tracking Defects / Bugs and Select Test cases for Regression Testing.
- Bsc/Msc (Computer Science), BE(Computer).
- Minimum 2+ years experience working as Salesforce Admin.
