Agfa's headquarters and parent company are located in Mortsel, Belgium.We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP SD/Logistics Lead with strong expertise in S/4HANA (Public) Cloud to join our internal ICS organization. In this in-house role you will play a key role in shaping and supporting Agfa's global Order-to-Cash and Logistics processes. You will work in a hybrid role combining project delivery, solution design and operational support.Since Agfa embarked on a multi-year S4HANA transformation journey you will mainly work (70%-80%) on projects rolling out our S4HANA Public Cloud template across the entire organization. The other 20%-30% of your time you will launch, investigate and drive projects or demands towards further Sales, Distribution and Logistics process automation, simplification and modernization. You will do this in close collaboration with the different Business and IT teams.About You:You are an experienced Senior SAP SD/Logistics Lead with a deep understanding of end-to-end commercial and supply chain processes in a multinational environment. You have hands-on expertise in S/4HANA (Public) Cloud, including fit-to-standard design, cloud-ready configuration and global template deployments across Sales & Distribution and Logistics Execution.You are proactive, analytical, and structured in the way you tackle challenges. You communicate clearly and confidently in English, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and know how to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable SAP solutions. You take ownership, maintain a high level of quality and enjoy guiding stakeholders and key users.You are looking for a long-term opportunity within a stable, international, and forward-thinking organization where you can help shape modern, cloud-driven processes and contribute to global transformation initiatives.What You'll Do (Duties & Responsibilities):Solution & Project Delivery

Design and optimize end-to-end SAP Order-to-Cash and Logistics Execution processes (order management, pricing, delivery, shipment, transportation, billing) in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and/or SAP ECC.
Lead functional design and configuration of new capabilities in SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public Edition) SD/LE, ensuring adherence to fit-to-standard principles and cloud-ready extensibility options.
Configure and optimize SAP SD/LE modules in S/4HANA Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with FI, MM, PP, and WM/EWM.
Participate in or lead SAP delivery initiatives including S/4HANA Cloud rollouts, migrations, upgrades and global process harmonization projects.

Operational Support

Provide expert-level support for SAP SD and Logistics processes in S/4HANA Public Cloud, ensuring system stability and business continuity.
Troubleshoot issues in domains like pricing, ATP, output management, master data, delivery & shipment processes and billing.
Support logistics flows including warehousing, transportation planning and outbound shipping in a cloud-centric environment.
Perform root-cause analysis on recurring issues and drive structural improvements leveraging S/4HANA Cloud standard features and innovation cycles.

Process Steering & Collaboration

Work closely with sales, planning, supply chain, warehouse, and finance stakeholders to align and optimize end-to-end processes across S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Maintain clean and up-to-date process documentation, test scripts, training materials and global best practices consistent with cloud governance.
Ensure global process consistency across sites and business units, promoting adoption of S/4HANA Public Cloud standard processes.
Guide and mentor junior team members and key users in SD/LE and S/4HANA Cloud capabilities.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications & Experience):

Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD and Logistics Execution consulting.
Strong expertise in core SD processes:

order management
pricing & condition techniques
deliveries & shipping
billing & invoicing
ATP / availability check
output management
Solid understanding of Logistics Execution processes such as shipments, carriers, transport planning, and warehouse flows.
Experience with cross-module integrations (FI, MM, PP, WM/EWM).
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and IT.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Nice to have:

Practical and proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public Edition) or S/4HANA SD/LE on-premise/private cloud.
Knowledge of SAP GTS, CRM, Transportation Management, or other SAP supply chain tools.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sectors.
Background in global process harmonization, cloud transformation programs, or fit-to-standard design.
