Should have Experience with logistics procedures and knowledge about the legal stipulations of shipping is paramount.Key Competencies:1. Preparing proforma invoice, export indents against the commercial orders.2. Follow up with purchase, plant, and third-party manufacturers for production of orders.3. Dealing with queries from Freight Forwarders regarding shipment of imported and exported goods to obtain freight quotes.4. Prepare Pre & Post-shipment Export Documents & Final-Bill of Exchange, Invoice, Packing-List, Certificate of Origin, Follow-up with Production, W/H Dept.5. Keep track of shipments and follow up for payments.6. Maintain and update shipping records, tracking systems, and databases to ensure accurate and accessible information.7. Prepare BRC, ECGC statements8. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize export logistics processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
