Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Team Lead. The Operations Team Lead will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization. This includes overseeing customer satisfaction, analyzing operations, managing the team, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. The Operations Team Lead will be based in New Delhi. . Key Responsibilities: 1. E-Commerce Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and others. Monitor account health, compliance, and performance, ensuring adherence to platform guidelines. 2. Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through e-commerce channels. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. 3. Product Listings and Optimization: Create and manage product listings, ensuring they are optimized with compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing. Implement SEO and keyword strategies to improve product discoverability. 4. Pricing and Promotion: Strategize and execute pricing and promotional campaigns to drive sales and maximize profitability. Monitor and adjust pricing strategies in response to market dynamics. 5. Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience for customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing product reviews and ratings. Implement customer feedback to improve product quality and service. 6. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to track and report on sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends. Develop insights and actionable recommendations to improve e-commerce performance. 7. Compliance and Regulations: Stay informed about e-commerce regulations, tax laws, and data privacy requirements, ensuring compliance for all transactions. 8. E-Commerce Technology: Familiarity with e-commerce tools, including content management systems, order processing software, and digital marketing platforms. 9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, digital advertising, and customer support teams to align e-commerce efforts with the overall company strategy. 10. Client Relationship Management : This individual would be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that their expectations are met or exceeded. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field. Proven experience in e-commerce account management, preferably in a similar industry. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, marketplace rules, and best practices. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO concepts. Detail-oriented and well-organized. Experience in the IT industry is a plus
