Full Stack Developer

• Being a part of the development team, Full Stack Developers will contribute to Front End User Interface & potentially Back End layer in the SaaS product.

• They are capable enough to identify the core functionality that users need from software programs.

• Must willing to take ownership of small and medium-sized tasks and deliver while mentoring and helping team members.

• Full Stack Developers should understand various parameters like Code Coverage, Security Checks, Automation, etc., and nurture the quality of code that helps feature deployment with ease in the SaaS area.

• They are required to participate actively in the Scrum team following the Agile/TDD/BDD approach.

• Full Stack Developers creates a User Experienced Design and then developed it in an efficient way followed by Testing. If the application does not work as expected or if testers find it too difficult to use, then they will go back to the design process to fix the problems or improve the application.

• They are responsible for programming a component, feature, and or feature set. Works independently and contributes to the immediate team and other teams across the business.

• Full Stack Developers can manage the full life cycle of Software Development by using design principles and product specification to continuously enhance the product.

• Full Stack Developers must have expertise in Troubleshoot and managing Application issues.
