- Primary responsible for the volume and value growth of assigned territory.
- Maintain consistent contact and provide sales and service to all customers.
- Responsible for the collection of outstanding and overdues of the territory.
- Actively seeks out new sales opportunity through cold calling and secondary activities.
- Ensuring the SKU range availability at key outlets.
- Identifying, developing, and managing new/existing business opportunities.
- Conduct secondary sales promotional activity for brand building and generate new sales.
- Ensuring profitability of dealers, in alignment with organization's policies and interest
- Provide monthly sales reports, monthly expense reports and any assigned reports in a timely manner.
- Increase brand presence and trials of relevant and strategically important brands.
- Track and report all competitive activities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and ensure the timely delivering of our solutions to the customer.
- Experience: 5+ years of sales experience
- Preferred Industry: Cements/Paints/Tiles and Sanitary ware /Electrical/ Building Materials.
- Willingness to travel
- Required Skills: Good communication- (proficient in English and respective regional language )
- Resilience and Strong Negotiation skill.
