The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured training on MCAL modules and device driver development for automotive microcontrollers (e.g., Infineon, NXP, Renesas, ST). Sessions should be hands-on and aligned with OEM and Tier-1 requirements.Key Skills RequiredDeep understanding of AUTOSAR Architecture (BSW, MCAL, RTE)MCAL Modules: ADC, PWM, DIO, SPI, CAN, LIN, GPT, ICU, PORTEmbedded C programming and low-level driver integrationExperience with AUTOSAR stacks (Vector, Elektrobit, ETAS, etc.)Familiarity with AUTOSAR 4.x standardsHands-on with microcontroller configuration tools (e.g., Tresos, DaVinci)Experience in integration & testing of MCAL driversGood communication and technical presentation skillsPrior training experience preferred
