- Quality planning, strengthen Quality control systems and support trouble shooting.
- Educate QC Team for inspection, drafting check points for better quality and anti-claim production policy.
- Educate QC team regarding the technical & quality aspects, reducing the rejection level.
- Monitoring aspects of quality control with adoption & implementation of corrective action at right time,
- Monitor, analyze Daily / Weekly/ Monthly samples & production inspection reports.
- Liase with functional heads within the plant for product quality, New product development and process adherence.
- To conduct meetings with the Cutting, Production supervisors, & QC for quality samples & production,
- Analyse Customer complaints, implement CAPA and follow up within the Plant and with Customers.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationship with customers.
- Facilitate, monitor and follow up for Customer Audits.
- Lead and guide all quality related aspects at the plant site by implementing quality management systems, quality plans and controls to achieve plant's objectives
