About Cube Green Energy Cube Green Energy (CGE) is a pan European energy transition company dedicated to the build-up of reliable renewable power and accelerating the transition to a zero-carbon economy. With expertise across the project cycle, we develop, repower, construct, and operate wind and solar farms, and invest in the deployment of associated emerging technologies such as battery storage and green hydrogen. We are seeking a highly motivated looking to recruit a NetSuite System/functional Administrator to join the growing finance function. In this role, you will be based in our Hyderabad office and will be reporting directly into the Senior Finance Manager (based in London, England). Essential responsibilities Lead and carry out core NetSuite system implementation and administration duties for any countries that the Group expands into. Design and deliver the continuous improvements post-go-live. Support the finance and non-finance team with systems queries and optimisation of finance processes. Ability to carry out integrations and amend custom workflows. Carry out testing for system changes. Migrate data into NetSuite. Produce systems documentation. Set-up and train new users on NetSuite. Liaise with external parties and escalation complex system issues. Optimise banking, AP and reporting processes. Maintain users, roles, security, profiles, and workflow rules. Manage mass imports and exports of data. User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing issues and resolving problems. Conduct training sessions for users to maximize their effective use of the NetSuite system. Experience & Qualifications Excellent understanding of the NetSuite application with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite core financial modules including Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Subsidiary Management and Mergers and Acquisitions. Accounting degree or Professional accounting qualification. Experience in implementation, Data Analysis and Reporting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification is a plus. Ability to work in European work hours. Must hold a valid India Passport.
