Description of Role Servicing the needs of the customers i.e. obtaining orders, establishing new customers, architects, developers and organizing daily work schedule to follow up and retaining existing or new clients.
Keep up to date knowledge of the products. Manage information by submitting daily activity reports and, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly.1. Meeting with Dealers, Architect, Builders on regular basis.
2. Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements.
3. Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, competitor's strengths and weaknesses.
4. Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
