Assistant Manager - Structure Design

Responsibilities:

Lead the structural design process for residential and commercial projects from concept to completion
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop innovative and cost-effective structural solutions
Conduct site visits to assess structural integrity and provide recommendations for improvements
Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and specifications
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations
Review and approve structural design plans created by junior team members
Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise on structural design matters
Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering
