We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Influencer Marketing & Brand Promotion Specialist who can help us grow our Affiliate Program, drive social media engagement, and support our offline marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building influencer partnerships, expanding our reach, and promoting the brand both online and offline.Key Responsibilities- Identify and reach out to influencers, creators, and industry professionals across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Threads, etc.)- Pitch and onboard influencers into our Affiliate Program- Coordinate affiliate campaigns, discount codes, and product shipments- Build long-term relationships with influencers and wellness professionals- Support offline marketing initiatives such as event partnerships, clinic collaborations, and promotional activities- Represent the brand at wellness events, expos, and on-ground campaigns when needed- Assist in marketing material distribution (flyers, standees, banners) for offline visibility- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) of influencer and offline campaigns- Stay updated with trends in influencer marketing, wellness industry, and brand-building tacticsRequirements:- 2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, offline promotions, or brand partnerships- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills- Knowledge of affiliate marketing tools/platforms is a plus- Self-motivated and able to handle both digital and on-ground marketing initiatives- Prior experience in health, wellness, fitness, or beauty industry preferred- Willingness to travel locally for events, pop-ups, or offline brand activations (ref:updazz.com)
