Job Description :We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Client Relationship & Project Coordinator to manage our Naps/NATS Program, client interactions, ensure seamless coordination, and provide exceptional support for all project-related queries. The ideal candidate should have strong client management skills, an aptitude for cross-selling and upselling, and the ability to oversee end-to-end project execution while meeting deadlines effectively.Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.Provide support and resolve client queries related to ongoing projects in a timely and efficient manner.Understand client needs and offer solutions, including cross-selling and upselling services.Proactively acquire new clients and expand business opportunities.Monitor project progress, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.Exhibit a keen interest in new initiatives and innovations within the industry or project.Maintain detailed client records and project reports using strong Excel skills.Ensure end-to-end task management and timely execution of all assigned responsibilities.Work collaboratively with different teams to enhance client experience and satisfaction.RequirementsNAPS and NATS Experience Mandatory
