SSCE with ITI / NCTVT course in trade of electrician with electrical supervisor license.
2-3 years of related experience.SpecificCarrying out preventive maintenance of all electrical installations of Pharmaceuticals / Chemistry and PD functions.Certification of measurement of electrical work.Execute installation of new electrical infrastructure in coordination with dept. head.Attending breakdown maintenance as per the work order received.Maintaining electrical power supply to all the Pharmaceuticals / Chemistry and PD function users and managing change over system during failure of GEB supply.Maintaining maximum demand control from electrical sub-station.Assisting the HOD in implementing modification / small project.Maintaining tools / tackles properly.Trouble shooting.Up keeping the working area as per GMP and EHS requirements.Compliance to management systems like training, equipment efficiency improvements, Timely Documentation, SOP’s, maintenance records.Supervising and ensuring execution of job work assigned to contractors as per Company’s requirements.GeneralCarrying out activities with full compliance to training given on cGMP and EHS Guidelines.Doing maintenance as per the SOPs.Using appropriate personal protective equipment while carrying out maintenance.Identifying and reporting unsafe conditions / behavior / unsafe action or other potentially hazardous situations with respect to Environment, Health, Safety.Correcting the situation / action with the permission and guidance of Superior or Head of the Department.Carrying out any other activity / work as per the instructions of the superior.Participating wholeheartedly in the Company’s initiative for multi skilling / job rotation etc.Note:In future if there is a change in the reporting relationship the reporting will be changed as per organization requirement.In the case of inter department or inter location transfer job description as applicable for that position shall have to be followed.The above mentioned Specific and General list of responsibility is illustrative and not exhaustive.
