- Conduct workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to gather and document current business requirements. Benchmark the current CPQ implementation.
- Analyze and map complex business processes from beginning to end.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for the development team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and AI.
- Create user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Collaborate with the development and business teams to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
- Experience as a Business or System Analyst in a technology or software environment.
- Familiarity with salesforce quotes configuration (CPQ) concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Salesforce RCA is a plus.
