The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to design scalable CPQ solutions and deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations.Roles &Responsibilities:Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.Lead discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.Design and configure Salesforce CPQ solutions including product bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, quote templates, and approval processes.Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Developers to deliver scalable solutions.Support UAT planning, test case preparation, and defect resolution.Provide functional guidance during development, SIT, and UAT cycles.Maintain documentation including:o Functional Specificationso Process Flowso User Storieso Solution Design DocumentsEnsure solutions align with Salesforce best practices and governance standards.Support production deployments and post-go-live stabilization.Required Skills:5+ years' experience as Salesforce Functional Consultant / Business Analyst.2+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation.Strong understanding of:o Salesforce Sales Cloudo CPQ product configurationo Pricing ruleso Quote lifecycleo Approval workflowsExperience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models.Strong stakeholder communication and requirement management skills.Experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, and process diagrams.Knowledge of SIT, UAT, and release management processes.Nice to Have Skills:Salesforce Certifications such as:o Salesforce Administratoro Salesforce CPQ Specialisto Salesforce Business AnalystExperience working with large enterprise Salesforce implementations.Knowledge of integration concepts and APIs.
