Client: ShimentoX Technologies Location: Bangalore (Onsite, 5 days a week)Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with strong Python programming expertise. Candidates with a Python development background and strong Kubernetes + AWS Cloud experience will also be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain scalable and highly available systems.Manage large-scale Kubernetes and Docker deployments of microservices.Handle vulnerability management, remediation, and Kubernetes administration (including CRDs, operators, and upgrades).Work on compliance-related tasks (PCI, SOC2 preferred).Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (or similar tools).Write clean, testable, and well-documented code (Python, Golang, Bash).Contribute to best practices in TDD, unit/integration testing, and code coverage.Collaborate with global teams and communicate effectively.Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience: 8+ years in engineering with proven expertise in DevOps/system software development.Strong experience in:Kubernetes & Docker (large-scale deployments)AWS public cloud architectureGit, GitLab/GitHub version controlCI/CD tools (Jenkins)Programming: Python, Golang, BashExperience with compliance regimes (PCI, SOC2) preferred.Excellent communication skills.About the CompanyShimento Inc. provides cutting edge solutions in AI/ML, Technology, Risk and Finance: 1.
