The company focuses on indigenously developed, high-performance industrial coating solutions delivering strong techno-commercial value across multiple industrial applications.Role PurposeWe are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Manager to identify new market opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sustainable business growth. The role involves strategic planning, market expansion, and close collaboration with internal teams to align offerings with target industries.RequirementsJob Location: Navi Mumbai
Must Have: Should have experience of min. 3 years in the paints and coatings industryKey Roles & ResponsibilitiesA. Opportunity IdentificationResearch and identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, growth areas, and industry trends.B. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Ensure customer requirements are met while fostering long-term partnerships.C. Strategic PlanningDevelop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and expand market presence.Align initiatives with organizational growth objectives.D. Market ResearchConduct in-depth market and competitor analysis.Identify new industries and applications for industrial coating solutions.E. Sales Strategy & ExecutionWork closely with the sales team to plan and implement strategies that achieve revenue targets.Support key negotiations and high-value closures.F. Partnership DevelopmentIdentify and develop strategic alliances to expand market reach and technical capabilities.G. Reporting & Performance AnalysisTrack business development activities and pipeline.Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.Benefits Job Location: Navi Mumbai
