We are welcoming applications for the position of Assistant / Deputy Sales Manager with our leading manufacturers in Paints Position title: Assistant / Deputy Sales Manager Location: Hyderabad Work Schedule: 5 days, General Shift Duties and Responsibilities Critical Task Strategic Partnerships - Identifying opportunities within Projects, PEB, and OEM manufacturing sectors, as well as the M&R segment and coatings needs. Sales Performance - Meeting and exceeding monthly and yearly sales objectives. Revenue Generation - Attaining monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. Client Relationship Management - Cultivating enduring partnerships with clients. Logistics Optimization - Enhancing customer service efficiency through strategic coordination with plant logistics and sales planning. Maintenance Solutions - Identifying and pursuing opportunities for supplying and applying maintenance services. Value Enhancement - Continuously improving coating efficiencies and expanding supply share through customer engagement. Conflict Resolution - Addressing and resolving customer concerns effectively. Decision-making Authority: Order Management - Making decisions on volume and price in consultation with the Sales Head. Delivery Planning - Overseeing serviceability and delivery planning. Product Innovation - Contributing to new product development initiatives. Customer Issue Resolution. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Paints, or Mechanical Engineering (Required) 6-10 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the Protective Coatings sector, managing B2B and dealer relationships.
