Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesProduct Feasibility and Process Flow analysis, study for vehicle assembly and feed back to R&D.Assembly process planning of Dies in digital manufacturing.Ensuring implementation of Process Driven Product Designs (manufacturing requirements), manufacturable parts.Preparing the manufacturing strategy for the New Product Development.Benchmarking Tools & Dies processes and FTGs with Engineering Design and equipment team.Conducting simulation studies to give a real time feedback to Designers, Virtual builds to check the Issues upfront and provide feedback to designers.Ensuring the Digitalization and Standardization of all the Project Activities.Developing line and lineside Logistics layout.Addressing manufacturing concerns by Establishing Ergonomics standards.Installation and commissioning of equipment with punch item list and without missing the Project Time lines.Coordinate with supplier and Plant (Customer) for eliminating new equipment installation and commissioning Issues.Do simultaneous Engineering study, develop station plan, process sheets and build line layout for new product development.Preferred IndustriesManufacturingAutomobileEducation QualificationBachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile
