Professionally representing SyAqua in providing on site support to all SyAqua customers including guidance on BS maturation, larva culture technics , products trials , handling customers complaints on BS and Nutrition , and data collections inclusive of Maturation data, larva culture data and farm data based on assignments by country sales manager on agreed schedular basis. Responsibilities Collect shrimp farm data of Syaqua and other genetics Collect and submit the marketing information to CSM/Competitor Provide on site technical support to BS and nutrition customers on periodic and ad-hoc basis according to assignment by CSM Onsite product trials including providing product usage protocol, station onsite to monitor the trial progress and collect trial data to be submitted to CSM for further analysis and commercial follow through Support CSM in attending to technical matters related to product complaints and collect customer detail complaints information onsite to be reported in SyAqua complaint form for BS and Nutrition Collect, record and submit SyAqua customers' BS maturation data to be submitted on monthly basis to CSM, SD and key stakeholders in SyAqua management team Collect SyAqua and key competitors farm data for every season from selected assigned key farmers using SyAqua farm data templates to be submitted on monthly basis to CSM, SD and key stakeholders in SyAqua management team Represent SyAqua in participating technical workshop/seminar as at when is required Jointly with CSM to organise technical training including onsite new products training to customers Working closely with SyAqua Technical colleagues to provide effective technical guidance to customers including exchange of good practices Minimum Aquaculture related degree Master degree in Aquaculture will be an added advantage Qualifications Have extensive hands-on experience in shrimp maturation Have hands on experience in shrimp larva culture Have some experience in shrimp farming Mobile - must be willing to be assigned on specific tasks from time to time be station on different locations Able to communicate effectively with technical staffs of our customers Have strong sense of technical analytical mind with reasonably strong mind to face customer complaints Sales experience is good but not necessary as this candidate should be represent the technical side which ideally independently from sales in order to have neutral perception amongst our customers in providing his expertise under guidance of CSM Highly dedicated, passionate about technical services and positive attitude
