- Integrate operational and financial reporting systems to enable an improved and more efficient Business Planning process.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in an applicable discipline (Engineering, Sciences, Business, Finance, etc.)
- Preferable - experience with reporting/analytics architecture and tools (not for programming but to assist with defining possibilities) for achieving business outcomes.
- Preferable Power BI experience and infoMine.
- Exposure to IT/Finance/Engineering.
- Mining industry exposure is beneficial.
- Understanding of business wide and operational performance analytic principles and processes.
- Understanding and/or demonstration operational improvement processes.
- Understanding of business system and process integration to support improved business efficiency and performance outcomes.
- Understanding of how information is best displayed/presented to drive sustainable improvements.
- Understanding of the operational aspects of contract mining.
- Understanding of business drivers and finance/commercial aspects of contract mining.
- Understanding of estimating and budget/forecast development processes of contract mining.
- Ability to interrogate business systems and process and determine critical touch and potential integration points.
- Excellent communication (both written and oral), relationship management and influencing skills.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to understand complex business issues and how these relate to performance and financial outcomes.
