- Market Research: Conduct research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor strategies, customer preferences, and new marketing opportunities.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of both online and offline marketing campaigns, tracking their effectiveness and providing feedback.
- Content Creation: Help in creating content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, website copy, and other marketing materials that align with the brand's voice.
- Digital Marketing: Assist with digital marketing efforts, including social media management, paid ads, SEO optimization, email marketing, and performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics.
- Branding & Positioning: Support the team in maintaining consistent branding and messaging across various marketing channels.
- Event Support: Assist with organizing and coordinating marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Email Campaigns: Help with the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, design, and performance analysis.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers and potential clients on social media platforms, responding to inquiries, gathering feedback, and promoting engagement.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign data, monitor key metrics, and create reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (sales, product, design) to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and product launches.
- Education: MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Fresher or up to 1-2 years of relevant experience).
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, including social media marketing, SEO, and email campaigns.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools) is a plus.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with a focus on content creation and design.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing performance.
