- Own the enterprise B2B customer data architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with broader marketing, commercial, and digital transformation initiatives
- Act as a strategic advisor to marketing and business leadership on CDP capabilities, roadmap, and long-term platform evolution
- Define scalable architectural standards that support global business growth and cross-business unit integration
- Serve as a platform expert in Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time CDP
- Develop and maintain a long-term CDP architecture roadmap aligned with enterprise marketing and data strategy
- Provide deep domain expertise in technology stack, and data infrastructure, with a broad knowledge base in digital marketing
- Assess and audit the current state of our marketing technology stack
- Strategize, architect, and document a scalable RTCDP implementation, tailored to our business needs
- Drive complex architectural decision-making using industry benchmarks, vendor insights, and external best practices
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Lead technical delivery; provide guidance to Data Engineers
- Support the implementation of proper data governance
- Evaluate and recommend enterprise architecture decisions that impact multiple business functions
- Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, IT, and Data Governance teams to drive cross-functional CDP initiatives. Partner with business stakeholders to ensure CDP solutions support customer lifecycle, revenue growth, and operational efficiency
- Monitor industry trends, competitor CDP strategies, and emerging technologies to inform platform innovation and best practices
- 5+ years of experience architecting and building data pipelines
- 3+ years of experience working in an agency environment; strong consulting, client-facing skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Hands-on experience configuring Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP, including creating schemas, ingesting data from a variety of sources, configuring identity resolution, and connecting destinations for activation
- Experience with Adobe Tags (formerly called “Launch”) and AEP WebSDK implementation
- Experience working with APIs
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms and the modern data infrastructure
- Experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.
- Experience working with data warehouse solutions such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.
- Ability to synthesize insights from internal and external sources to drive architectural decisions
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills in complex enterprise environments
