Position Title: Accountant (OneStream) Job Location: Bangalore - India Job Descriptions The Accountant (OneStream) brings the opportunity to develop and support the OneStream solution functionality in support of our Accountable Reporting transition to an Operations Center of Excellence. This role will partner with Strategy & Execution Business Manager to design and develop key data visualizations for the Global Finance Strategy team. In addition to ensuring a successful reporting standardization and transition, the role offers opportunity to identify and lead onboarding future processes. This position will work closely with business units across the enterprise, data team and the Global Finance Strategy team to ensure alignment. Main Job Responsibilities Include Create reports on financial performance for internal use as per the set corporate guidelines and standard framework in OneStream Support users on all OneStream reporting related inquiries and support requests for new reports or enhancements Seek input from relevant areas of the business with valuable input on the application or process Maintain the reporting structure and accounts as per the set corporate guidelines and framework Validate process documentation for the application or process Perform monthly data validations and report reviews during monthly closing timelines Participate in test script creation for new content releases or deployments for an application or process Establish business rules for the use of an application or process Business escalation point for any conflicts or concerns with the application or process Represent the application or process with other areas of the business who use or integrate with this part of the business Understanding, evaluating, and reacting to routine problems or situations with external contacts Interaction within the framework of existing business policies and practices and/or established business relationships Problems and issues usually involve careful interpretation, analysis or diagnosis Identify the nature of a complex or undefined problem and then develop the best solution or application from numerous alternatives Develop well-prepared action plans for the current year and has a clear sense of what needs to be achieved in the year to come. Ad hoc support as needed Basic Requirements Strong communication and presentation skills among various organization levels Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholder groups (process, technology, HR/organization, etc.) to drive results Experience working in a matrix organization structure with global stakeholders from different time zones. High level of strategic analysis, problem solving, financial business acumen and governance background Prior FP&A or reporting experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders, managing multiple and complex data sources with attention to detail Experience working in a global environment with a global mentality Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Top Candidate Will Also Have Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Management, or a related field.
